Submission of this application will be deemed as digitally signed by the applicantTerms and Conditions I understand that adoption fees are $350 for dogs. All dogs come microchipped, vaccinated*, wormed, tick and flea treated, are checked for heartworm and are on heartworm preventation. Adult dogs will be desexed, and pups under six months come with a desexing voucher. I understand that adoption fees are $150 for cats. All cats come microchipped, vaccinated*, wormed, flea treated, and checked they do not have feline AIDS. Adult cats will be desexed, and kittens under six months come with a desexing voucher. I understand the adoption fee must be paid in full on the day of the adoption or prior to the adoption. I acknowledge once an adoption takes place, I have a two week cooling-off period, whereby if my new pet is not working out in my home for any reason, they can come back to CQ Pet Rescue and my money will be refunded in full back to me. I understand that there is a $15 microchip transfer fee that is charged by the microchipping company in order to transfer legal pet ownership from CQ Pet Rescue to myself when I adopt my pet. I understand that this is paid to the microchip company, and is not included in the adoption fee. * Some exceptions do apply for puppies and kittens depending on their vaccination schedule.
